Best Looting Route
At the start, no matter how far your spawn point is from the hospital, even if you spawn more than 500 meters away, the first priority is to sprint at full speed. Do not linger in battle along the way and do not stop because of a regular ARC Raiders blueprint while on your way. Head straight to the hospital building. Your goal is to monopolize the building before other squads arrive. After clearing the ground floor, quickly raid the second floor. Listen for footsteps as you move upward. Containers on the second floor are more scattered, but the loot is consistent. I recommend prioritizing your search of desks and filing cabinets, as attachment blueprints often spawn in these locations.
If you don’t find any high-value targets on the second floor, don’t linger; immediately prepare to go to the rooftop. Use a Snap Hook or Zipline to reach the roof. This is a crucial step that distinguishes newbies from veterans.
A Security Breach and a weapon crate usually spawn here, with a very high probability of yielding ARC Raiders epic blueprints.
After searching, jump directly from the rooftop or return to the ground floor via the internal stairs to extract.
Here is the second tip from IGGM: Before extracting, be sure to check the suitcases and trash cans near the ground floor extraction point. These locations are often overlooked by hurried players.
Once your inventory is full, or time is running out, immediately leave via the bottom evacuation point.
